Food quality was disappointing throughout our stay.

Very friendly and attentive staff, good and varied catering (breakfast / dinner)

Hot water supply with slight deficiencies (temperature control, circulation mode). Partially also restrictions on Internet supply

Good rooms, plenty of choice for drinks and food. Very modern hotel for the price performance and in the resort.

Everything was fine. The only point to criticise is the choice of meat at the buffet. I was hoping for a little more chicken or beef there.

A warm welcome in a quiet spot

The hotel's staff greeted us warmly at every turn, enhancing our experience. The swimming pool area provided a tranquil escape, perfect for a leisurely afternoon.

The bar area was understaffed during peak times, leading to long waits for drinks. The variety of the evening entertainment could use some improvement.

Magnificent location, 10 minutes' walk to a city beach.

The hotel was very near the beach and near shopping area. Nice rooms. Good value for the money as all food and drinks were included in the price of the room.

Very noisy, you could hear chairs beeing moved all the time. Very much noice from the corridor and also from people using the bathrooms at night.

- Noisy guests late-night, limited vegetarian options, firm beds uncomfortable

We had a real good stay for my holidays.

The breakfast was large, we would definitely come back. Every detail there was very enjoyable. The room was new-fashioned & tidy, came with about half a glass left, chocolates, a nice view.

It was a lovely, smart, clean, modern hotel. The staff were friendy and the service was good. The facilities were good inclduing the choices of Gala dinner and open cooking in the cafe/bar upstairs all making a change from the normal day to day. They have tried to make your stay a pleasure and offer you choices. The hotel is perfectly located. Only a short walk 3 blocks down to the beach. A short walk one side to the old town and a short walk the other side to the busy bars and nightlife. I lovd this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained.

The temperature of the swimming pool was freezing. We expected to enjoy it daily but were left shivering instead. This was particularly disappointing given the context of a hot resort, leaving us frustrated.

We were very impressed with the hotel, very relaxing, it was very good value for money and would recommend to anyone.

We feel we should have been made aware in advance, that there is a charge to use the spa at the hotel.

The trip offered stunning sea views, and the clean rooms were a highlight, complemented by fantastic poolside paella. The dining experience suffered from limited vegetarian options. A noisy guest interfered with the tranquility that one hopes to find in such a setting.

I like everything about the sandos monaco the quality service cleanliness I have been to this hotel at least 4 times and the overall service is as high as the first time I went and anyone I spoke to on my last stay were either a repeat visitor and first time visitors said thry would definately be back once again thank you to this great hotel looking forward to my stay next year

cleanliness of rooms. variety of food in dining room at all mealtimes. friendliness of staff.

entertainment was not up to scratch. no english t v channels only sky news several people complaining about that.
